Superb

Nice hotel, friendly staffs and located closer to Matterhorn viewpoint.

The spa and facilities is good, especially the outdoor onsen surrounded by the snow alps. Staffs are helpful and friendly too.

Location from the station and shops requires some walking.

Disappointing

Great location, dissappinged by staff and dirt inside bathroom glasses

The property was beautifully decorated and the room was comfortable.

The bathroom glass was not clean when we got to the hotel bedroom. I thought the hairdryer was not working, so I called reception for help but no one came. I wanted to inform them that the glasses were dirty but they never came to my room. ( the hair dryer was working just needed to keep central button pressed in to work )

Superb

Best hotel we have stayed in so far on our Germany/Switzerland trip

Location, facilities (including a play area with table tennis tables and pool table). The room was a very big one and our rooms were facing the Matterhorn and were connected. It was extremely comfortable too. Dinner at the Matterhorn restaurant was delicious and service was fantastic.

Loved it, great location and amazing spa!

Hotel is very pretty and clean, team are friendly and helpful. They seem proud to be working there. The spa is fantastic! A huge bonus as didnt think it would be as great as it was. Worthwhile staying just for the spa! The bedroom was spacious and comfy with a nice bathroom. Bed very comfy. The lounge area is very nice, and the resorts bar. We used the restaurant, for supper which was excellent. Breakfast was good.

Some fishing touches, decorating to the building was being done.

Exceptional

Everything was spotless clean. The room was big enough and had a lot of natural light. I am sure the view is spectacular during sunny days and you can really see the Matterhorn but during our stay it was cloudy and it was snowing beautiful. The stuff was very nice, polite, helpful and they went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The food and service at the Hornox was also amazing. We will come back here for sure.
