Online says pet friendly but they charged us $50 for our dog to stay.

Disappointing

Feel like they have had better days must have came on a bad week. But staff and room overall was nice.

Room was nice and check in was easy

Bed linens werent as clean as needed when asked for a new blanket they brought us the wrong one after she asked me which one I needed specifically. The TV cable was out and we couldnt get our remote to turn the volume down the entire trip after. Lastly the cleaning service attempted to clean our room up before check out time while we was out getting breakfast. Came back to the door open, blankets off the bed, personal items moved but no cleaning lady in the room had to call front desk to double check if we were suppose to be gone yet or not.

Hotel was convenient for a night but I would spend more for better quality next time.

Good location.

Room needed to be updated, comforter had stain on it. Had to go to the front desk 4 times just to get in the room and while the girl was very nice we had to direct her on what to do to give us new keys to get in the room.

We will use ALOFT HOTELS on future road trips as well.

We like ALOFT Hotels very much for their size and convenience and affordability when traveling with our small dog. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very nice. Their staff is always very nice and helpful. They also have a few charging stations for those of us with plug in electric cars that needed charging.

There was one issue thanks to the way BOOKING.COM lists the information. The pet fee was not clear and was $$ was not in the confirmation. I had noted that we would have our small dog with us and requested a first floor room. I will take this up with BOOKING.COM because apparently that one-time-fee is something that was buried in small print as it does not show on the confirmation. So, when we went to check out, that charge came as a surprise to us. Some hotel chains charge a fee and many do not... I can't recall paying one with ALOFT in the past ... so it would be far better if this was clearly included on the BOOKING.COM confirmation but that's something BOOKING.COM needs to address.

The Aloft Experience!!!

Everything was well put together. Facilities were clean, smelled very nice, and slept like a baby. Only downfall was breakfast wasn't fully provided because of the holidays. Other than that it was a well deserved experience.

I have nothing bad to say at all.

Good

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and did her best to make sure I was comfortable and I appreciate her for that. Overall I would stay here again. The hotel was very comfortable and in a convenient location.

It took way to long for my room to be ready. It was almost 5pm before I was able to get in my room, which I had already made reservations for.

We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect, the hotel itself was well designed and beautiful. We expected it to be nice but it did exceed our expectations especially for the price.

I can't think of a single thing. It was all great.
