Very poor

Disappointing for a "Marriott" hotel.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Firepit outside was cool.

Room layout was odd, need vent for the toilet closet. Coffee in the lobby was old and horrible, twice. Front desk made a fresh pot, still wasn't good. Majority of staff weren't overly friendly. Terrible sewage odor in the hallways, luckily wasn't in the room. Floor around the shower was coming up. Not a good place for the price! Days Inn feel with a Marriott price....would stay again if it was free, otherwise go somewhere else. Oh, and take snacks with you, they want $5 for a small bag of chips, $14 for cookies....rather comical.

Great stay I love the hotel spot it was close to restaurants. I also loved the bar I got a couple of drinks there

The rooms were super spacious and comfortable!

Clean property and first-class front desk staff. Very friendly and always with a smile.

The cigarette burns on outside furniture from obnoxious patrons. FYI: There are ashtrays - plenty of them.

Very modern I love the lobby area and the access to the gym and bar was amazing

Didnt get the chance to stay.

My stay wouldve been just fine. Its a nice hotel

I didnt like the fact that my situation was handle so unprofessionally. I paid up front travel hours just so they can tell me they dont accept my card . They dont have it posted no where on what type of cards they dont accept. So I found out only when I arrived. Didnt even try to reason with me or nothing. Its like they didnt have no care in the world. Its like I was being punished for something I didnt know about . I had to book another hotel last min that accepted my card. So my refund which the booking was non refundable but given my situation I figured they would make an exception for me. Call booking so they can send the email to them so I can get it back. Next day call for the manager was told she responded back to the email called booking they say didnt receive nothing. So as today I havent received any call or email regarding my refund even though booking sent another email to them.
