Stay somewhere else unless you like bugs

The parking was free and the staff was nice, but very much tied up.

About 20 bugs were hanging on the wall and flying in the hotel room. I requested to change to another room but was told that the hotel was fully occupied. The staff came up to my room with a vacuum cleaner to remove the bugs but they came back after 1-2 hours. The elevator and corridor also smelled like weed. I would probably not recommend anyone to stay here until they can fix the pest problem.

Passable

We never tried the breakfast so cannot comment there, but staff were friendly and welcoming, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the room was easily accessible. For the price we paid the room was good. We were close to stores, restaurants, and broadway, it far enough to not have the noise and traffic.

The water pressure and temp were awful. Water maybe got a little above luke warm and the pressure was barely enough to get the soap out of your hair. We had noisy neighbors so we came home a night early. The tv channel selection was extremely limited as well.

Very poor

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

The bed was fairly comfortable.

When I booked the room, an ADA room, it said there was a walk-in shower. Instead, I got a room with a super slippery tub that I couldn't even safely shower in! They ran out of food and coffee for breakfast our second day. What we managed to get of the little bit of food was some watery eggs. We had to beg for extra pillows and toilet paper. Their housekeeping is a joke. They left clean towels and didn't clean our room, but they straightened the covers on our bed. Left some new shampoo, no new roll of tp.they didn't sweep, nothing. There is 1 elevator for the entire hotel, and our AdA room was on the 5th floor! There is not enough parking for guests. This is the worst hotel stay I have had next to a motel 8, I do not recommend this hotel nor their chain.

Wouldn't stay again

The location was fine and they served a good breakfast

The tub wasn't fully cleaned. There was a stain on our sheets. Some of the staff were rude.

Nice staff, but loud hotel

The staff accommodated us quickly. Check-in was quick and friendly.

The room smelled terrible, almost like someone had snuck a wet animal in and they tried to cover it up with heavy fragrances. We got moved to a new room, and it was just very loud. The air conditioner sounded like a plane starting up. We got little to no sleep that night.
