2023 most memorable stay, feel like home.

Location is excellent, we can easily find good restaurants, lots of stores, nice strolling to walk around, closed to the bus stop 9, only 20 min walk to harbour. It is very lively area but not crowded. We can peacefully rest after long hours outside. Room is spacious for the 3 of us with big luggages. We are 3 adults. We love the coffee, they provide coffee machine in the room. Breakfast is with good option and again we love the coffee. They provide handphone that we can bring outside and make a local call. We never had this before, it's very good add-on. Of course, the people that always make the trip memorable. They are super helpful and friendly.

They clean what they see... Perhaps the housekeeping manager have to do thorough checking specifically those under the sofabed.

Very comfortable and cosey.

The staff were amazing and helpful with all our needs, breakfast was very tasty and a good spread. The room was clean and very tasteful- definitely would recommend. The views out the window were not the greatest, however it did not detract from the stay at all.

Because of the late night Northern Lights Tours, it would have been better to keep breakfast open an extra hour in the mornings until say 11am instead of the 10am closing time it was set to, allowing for an extra snooze.

Very convenient location for all shops and harbour. The staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough for us. The room was spacious and very comfortable and warm. We didnt get a chance to use the gym or jacuzzi, but both looked very well managed. The breakfast was also lovely with both cooked and continental food.

Unfortunately when we were shown to our room there was no sea view, although we did book a sea view via Booking.com. Apparently this has been advertised incorrectly and should say some rooms with balcony and sea view the receptionist said we could look at another room on the 2nd day and swap if we wanted to. This room had a lovely sea view so we swapped.

Way overpriced for average

great location

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay. Considering the price paid at this hotel, our experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were small and dimly lit, with lights malfunctioning in our bedroom. The phone given to us upon check-in was never reset, and throughout the night, it went off multiple times with different set alarms. The staff were not particularly helpful when we raised our concerns. Given the cost of this hotel, I would opt for accommodation elsewhere.

Excellent location, friendly staff but some rooms are very small.

Superb location, very helpful staff, room was very good after we moved.

First room provided was extremely small for a double, nowhere to put clothes and little room around the bed, however .. after we asked to upgrade they found us a much bigger room for the same price, Happy with the end result.
