Location is quiet and half way between the train station and Piazza San Marco. Check-in was easy with detailed instructions sent by the host. Our room was big. The host was available over WhatsApp and extended our check-our time by an hour after we asked.

The use of many plug-in scents gave me a headache. The bed was very uncomfortable - after a day of walking it would have been nice to have a comfy bed. A second pillow per person would have been great. Another medium-sized towel besides the one large towel and a small hand towel would have been wonderful. Coffee machine supplies werent stocked until the morning of our departure - clearer instructions on how to use the coffee machine would have been appreciated.

The place was very clean and bed was comfy. In a good location for wandering around Venice and not to far from the train station which is handy when carrying luggage. Anna was nice and gave us good recommendations!

Great apartment, good location

Very clean and well-equipped room, perfect for a few days stay. We asked if it is possible to have an earlier check-in and they were very flexible with it. The apatment is about 12-15 minutes from the sights, which was fine for us.

Very large room right on the canal in a very accessible location in Venice. Anna was great at providing access information and images to assist. The Coffee machine was also great to have.

The bathroom being external was fine but it was a bit smelly and the shower did seem to run out of hot water pretty quickly.

Anna was an amazing host during our honeymoon stay. She communicated with us before we arrived to ensure our travel was smooth and seamless. The instructions and pictures provided were very clear and easy to follow. She also communicated with us throughout our stay with recommendations of real local venezian food in the area. The room was spacious and great lighting from the windows. Aircon kept us cool through the hot days. Bed was spacious. Bathroom sink was large. Location was in the heart of Venice. Slightly away from the touristy area that you can experience local food and bit of peace, but close enough to walk to the busy areas.

We walked to from the train station to the apartment (and back). Was a bit of a hike going up and down over the bridges. But other than bridges, the rest of the walk was flat. We're relatively fit and had no issues but for others that struggle with fitness, would recommend boat taxi.
