except the entry issue the stay were pleasent

The staff were friendly and food is good. rooms at top floor is shabby hence opted for room at ground floor. Main issue is the access to the resort , we were stopped by the pedestrians during the entry to the resort. it will be difficult to enter the resort from 10 am till 5 pm during tourist season. Even though after contacting the hotel representative managed to take our car in with great difficulty and people were banging on the car . Hence the second day after local tour we parked at outside public pay parking and taken in the vehicle after 6 pm

Not worth it

The location is good. Right next to pine forest. The property has a lot of potential.

The property is not well maintained at all. The rooms smell of dust and the pipes and taps in the bathroom are leaky. The lights keep flickering. The staff are not very friendly. Overall, not worth the money.

Don't give misleading information about the property like cottage has living room which is not there

Cottage confirmed by Booking.com was with 1 living room, 1 bedroom and 1 balcony. for 3 people. But there is no cottage with living room. The manager said it is Booking.com's mistake. The property has no living room in cottages. This is misleading. The cottage room was horrible. Very old,not even cleaned, with lot of dust, cigarette portion smoked left in the room. After the continuous request they changed to a double room which was good.

Do not recommend this place. Vagamon has many other good resorts. Don't choose this one at all

Everything. Manager was rude beyond measure. When asked, to attend to certain shortcomings, his response was to get someone from booking.com to attend to them. Truly first of a kind experience
