The overall stay was short yet nice. I would recommend this hotel to others

It was my first time to stay here. I checked in very late, however the recption lady Ms Hritika was very much helpful and kept a note of my preferences and provided me the room at the earliest possible as it was having some maintenance issue. It was a short stay so couldnt have the breakfast though. Rooms were clean and much in budget. Also Check out was pretty much quick

The room size was considerable and requests took little longer than expected, rest everything was fine.

Beautiful.

It was very spacious.and we had a problem witb the smoke detector and the maintenance guy and the security made it to our apartment really quickly. I appreciated that.

Honestly Nothing I had to really think about this and I could not find anything that I saw as a problem really.

NYE at Adagio Abu Dhabi

The apartment's layout is very spacious and it is fitted with good facilities. The service was very good by all staff, from reception by Yin and check-out by Fatima, and everyone in between. Breakfast was at the adjoining Novotel hotel (same Accor group) with a decent variety for a reasonable price.

There were limited amenities (for example tea bags for 2 people, 2 mugs, only 1 bottle of water, no tissue boxes, etc.) given that the booking was a 3 bedroom hotel apartment for 4 adults and a child. Early check in for 1pm was refused, then the 2pm regular check in was not possible as the room was not ready, it was not until 3pm that the room was ready (to note that the reception offered a 1 bedroom for us to use while we waited) but this was a lot of hassle for a 1 night check in. Pillows were sub-par.

Good clean hotel

The apartment booking was for 4 persons. 2 adault 2 kids. There was one queen size bed. And sofa, but even after requesting they denied to provide an extra mattress. That wasn't expected. It caused trouble in sleeping.

.we like the place.

We are regular guest. But, only this time we feel .embrassed around 1am the staff snock our door just to say, we are so noisy not one time not one time but twice and on the time we just chatting in the setting room and my husband and my son they are sleeping already. And we are not noisy on the time.
