Everything was perfect for me. The hospitality of the staff, hotel cleanliness, facilities, foods, location, complimentary parking, convenient parking space, all I need, are offered by the hotel. The comfy beds will definitely make me want to come back. Overall - Value for money.

It was a lovely stay for a first time here. Thank you AC Hotel by Marriot

I love the fact the hotel room was not carpeted means its clean and I can let my son freely crawl around the room. Love the fresh newly smell interior. Though we get a 2 single bed room with a bedside long sofa the room is still spacious. Together with breakfast I bet its the best offer for a 5 star hotel in Kuantan. A very good welcome by the hotel staff as well . Will definitely come back to stay in AC Hotel by Marriot whenever we are in town.

I loved every inch of the hotel . The refurbished finishing look like im stayed at the new building hotel . There is a lot variety choices for the breakfast . The staff were very friendly and l need to repeated it again soon .

Everything was very well but unfortunately , im booking for deluxe king room type but i got the twin bed which is the reception not mention anything until i got enter into the room and see the bed not as per im booked . Im asking them to exchange my current bed to king room type and i need to wait for 15 mins . But then the reception said tht the king bed room type were under maintainance ... And the price room is different than what im paid for and im asking them what they can get me in returned . They just told me tht i can chck out at 3pm .. hopefully tht there's no misunderstood within staff n customer .

Strategic location and comfortable room for a short stay.

The bed is comfortable and the clean. Good location and about 5-6 minutes drive to almost everywhere. The cleaners are well mannered and friendly receptionists.

The shower area is small and the hose was spoilt. Noisy neighbour next door to us. The checkin process took more than 15 minutes which is unusually long.
