Really nice clean and new. Fantastic location. City centre within 10 min walk. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Great stay near center of Inverness, beautiful and cozy bedrooms.

Great location, beautiful interiors and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is also really good and the staff is kind and professional. Gym has all the essentials.

Perhaps too long wait for service at dinner despite the restaurant being empty.

Enjoyable and perfect for what we wanted to do

The location and the facilities

My wife didnt like that there were no internal stairs as she doesnt like lifts but we did get a move to annex with a ground floor room also the fact that it cost 10 per day for parking

Lovely hotel!

Really comfortable place to stay. We were in the Lodge, such a comfortable room!

There appeared to be a bit of a waste that went into the toilet when you flushed, not a major issue though for us and overall really clean facilities.

Very good

overall great value, well located and clean, comfortable stay

clean and nicely decorated. nice facilities and bar area. great location for walks and easy to get into town.

small downsides were comfort and quality of bedding, lack of consistency with room being serviced (didnt happen on 2 days despite being out from 11am) and river view room having the main road outside so noisy with window open.
