Superb

Great Location and very new and clean rooms. On the expensive side, parking was $13.00 a day.

Location was good within 3 blocks many options for food and drink. Hotel very clean.

Could offer better pricing.

The room was updated. No weird odors. Clean.

The bed is too hard for side sleeping. I always sleep on my side. The price point is too high for minimal offerings. Amenities cost extra so we did not partake.

Good location for what we came for (walking distance to Kemba Live). Very comfy bed, nice room.

They messed up my room 3 times, told me i couldnt check in early or there would be an extra charge, they only do valet parking, and charged me an extra $290 when my room got messed up.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, overpriced

The property was very close to Kemba which is where our concert was. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous with the modern decor.

The room we stayed in 301, must have had a sewer line going down the wall next to the bed because we could constantly hear flushing which was a bit annoying. The valet did not lock our truck, however the staff waved our fee because of it. Just double check that your vehicle is locked up. The comforter that was on our bed had a brown stain which was off putting. The breakfast on the rooftop was entirely too expensive for what they offered.

Lousy hotel, dirty and we were treated badly.

The room smelled musty and dirty, like a dirty clothing hamper. The staff downstairs wasnt friendly. We went up to eat in the restaurant and no one came to take an order until we finally tracked them down to get coffee, then we waited more - then they asked us to move because it was reserved even though our table was directly in front of the woman that was at the front hospitality desk and were there for half an hour. Lousy service, though maybe its because we were older because younger people were being served. My husband is an attorney and we were there for a convention.
