The AC Hotel by Marriott Alicante is conveniently located near the train station and bus terminal. Guests enjoyed the modern facilities and friendly staff. However, there were some complaints about t (Read More)he cleaning service and lack of drinking water refill. The rooftop and views were beautiful, and the hotel was overall highly recommended. Some minor issues included the distance to the beach and limited sun loungers. The rooms were well-kept, the staff was accommodating, and the hotel felt safe. A few guests commented on the nearby construction noise. Parking was expensive, but the staff was friendly and the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was decent, but the omelette could be improved.

A wonderful week at the hotel
Exceptional cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Deserves four stars - personal hygiene products such as toothbrush, shaving kit, welcome compliment. Near the city center. Daily quality maintenance of the room. I recommend the hotel and will come back again.

Friendly staff, very clean.
Noisy room. The hot tub wasn't hot at all. You ring ahead and they turn it on for you, which I did.

Marriot standards, so clean, spacious enough rooms, efficient check-in/check-out. Proximity to Alicant Terminal.
The room was so warm even turning off the heater. Had to open the window but then had Boise from the street. Spa closed and sauna.
