First night moved in a townhouse with only one bathroom I paid for two bathrooms, a roach came out the stove. I called them heater broke in main bedroom, phone line in room didn't work in any room walls big holes , tables in rooms made out of steal they stink , and rust rubs off when cleaning , furniture worn out , carpet look disgusting dirty can't tell if it is clean, no clean towels, toilets stopped up, we made the best out of it do to it was a Family trip, not a clean establishment, I have stayed in top notch resorts & Hotels , this was terrible. No commodities available , sheets & comforters a 5. They even tried to have us move to another room the following morning I'm disabled and this was too much , over all staff was still helpful , we was in 509, 503, 504 , then they wanted us to move to 503A from 504 & the roo. 503A was absolutely terrible smdh my square space I paid for was 904, the put us in square feet of 758 with one bathroom when I paid for two & two rooms , soiled carpet, cleaner I found even blood droplets above the toilet in rm 503 smdh take out those tables they are not healthy I'm going to report this to the health department as well, I work in the medical field, I also have a autoimmune disease this was really unsafe ....in 503 I froze the whole time the heater never worked, in 509 it was broke, kitchen towel disgusting
