Superb

Definitely would recommend. Location was great and preferred to the large tourist hotels.

Great location, and friendly, helpful staff. The property is quirky and artsy, with a grown-up 'hostel' vibe - eclectic furnishings, circus-themed art and an industrial vibe.

The rooms are small, which is not a huge issue, but if people are used to a more American type hotel, they may be surprised/disappointed. The towels are also very small and pretty underwhelming.

cool hotel, I love the chain, always smth interesting and fun. Nice breakfast. Location is close to all the museums .

I took quite expensive rooms for me and my parents and we were really disappointed to hear the music from the bar upstairs till quite late during Friday and Saturday. Make sure you ask for quite room or ask for lower floors to avoid this. due to this experience i would say those rooms are very overrated beside the good view and space .

The location, the restaurant and rooftop bar.

The room can't be smaller! There is nothing in the room not even a kettle! Nothing with toiletries not even cotton buds. When we arrived, the reception was closed and we stayed freezing outside for 10 min before someone at the reception decided to finally come and open for us to check in. 2 smaller elevators for the whole hotel, we had to queueu many times waiting for our turn to go to the room. When I pay 30 euros a night , i know i shouldn't expect anything from the hotel, but we pay a decent amount, at least put some cotton in the room! I mean come on! We have been to 25h in Dubai, and its the reason we chose the hotel in Vienna because we assumed it would be the same as Dubai, unfortunately it has nothing to do with it. Luckily we are not chubby otherwise honesywe wouldnt be able to fit in the toilet or even enter as rhe distance between the toilet and the bed is so tiny. Moreover, 17 for jeans laundry? Seriously? Although the location is great, but we wouldn't be staying there again.
