Good for a short and busy stay

Staff were super friendly and efficient, we even got a Christmas gift in the room, courtesy of hotel. Very nice touch.

The hotel is in a good location however heavy traffic getting there as there are lots of restaurants. We could hear the street sounds but not too bad.

There was fire alarm being sounded at 2.30am for about 15minutes while we were all sleeping and there was no notification from the front desk on what went wrong.

Convenient. Value for money

Staff was polite & Efficient. Helped to store baggage while we ate lunch after checkout Very good location. Many food spots and KTV around.

Couldnt get Hot Water! ); Water heater not very strong. Water was lukewarm. Couldnt get hot water even on highest setting.
