A beautiful place in the middle of forest . You need to go take a taxi or personal vehicle from nainital to Tanki band , there you will get the porter from hostel to receive you , now park your vehicle , & take route through forest to the hostel, it takes arpund 15 minutes to reach the location, not a easy trek , but not very difficult , avoid taking senior members of family , you need to come back to hostel before the sunset , bcz it may not be very safe to roam in jungle in dark . Overall an amazing stay , away from the ruckus of the main city , yet close . The food was also nice.( little bit on costlier side ) but in the middle of forest in mountains, the location it is justifiable.

One of the best place to Stay in Nanital. The host and the staff was great and. You have to do the trek of 1-2Km through a dense forest to reach your destination. But trust me its worth it

A great choice for solo travellers/ couples who dont mind travelling through thick woods to reach the property.

Its location, though polarising, is what stood out to me. The morning views are a sight to behold.

There is a compulsory 1 km hike to the property and Nainital proper is at a good distance. One would want to stock up on essentials other than food and water to enjoy their stay.
