Lovely place to visit as family with small kids.

Walking distance to some of the amenities.

Our pool was not clean following a bit of rain, however compared with the neighbours pool, theres was still clean. Therefore we couldnt swim in it.

My stay was lovely will definitely be coming back provided the small glitches get fixed.

I like the fact that its close to the beach and I have access to all the pool and facilities .

I didnt like the fact that its a mission to get shuttles to go around or outside the property to buy things in the shops. I waited hours to get assistance to go to the shops. Also I wasnt showed where my villa was located or given an indication inside the villa had to get lost a couple of times until I found it myself. The golf cart guy was not at the reception to hand over the cart he came 45 minutes after I got myself a lift from reception. After you given the keys you basically on your own, to find the villa you staying at and so on

1. Warm reception 2. Great porter service

1. Poor drainage system im the shower caused flooding of the downstairs main bedroom. 2. The kitchen had a water leak causing tiles to be continuously wet 3. No individuals on site to report maintenance problems and no emergency contact number for complaints.
