Value for the money stay with beautiful view, close to ski slops, with extra vouchers for Aquapark

Location was perfect! Outside of crowded cities, without market stalls. Beautiful views over Tatra Mountains. Close to ski slopes and lifts. Each day vouchers for local Aquapark "Termy Zakopiaskie" were a great add-on! Food was correct, large selection for breakfast, dinners on average. All in all the atmosphere of the 90s of a bygone era.

Both tourist building as well as main building have their best days behind them. The smell of cleaning agents was so strong that, before stepping in to our room, we had to ventilate it. Beds were not comfortable.

Stunning iocation nice large room. Great facilities Helpfujj staff at reception Nice bar but limited hours. Wouid be good if reception staff could get things when not busy. Will certainly be back

Wouid have been nicer hot water littie hotter. Choice at dinner none even if had to select at brekfast. . No regular room service

Close to Morskie Oko. And that's probably the main benefit. Large parking lot, good breakfast and the room has a balcony and a fridge.

Very old building. It seems that some kind of repair was done, but it was so superficial that it was almost imperceptible. In our room, the toilet did not close, you could feel the broken tiles under your feet, which were covered with carpet. Towels were missing at all. There was only one small one, which seemed to be used by someone before us and that's all, although there were three of us. Surprised by the late breakfast. It starts at 8, although many get out early in the mountains. It seems that this was done on purpose to sell tourist breakfasts as a separate service.

If you are arriving on a 4x4 quad ready to travel through a forest path - good luck

I didn't manage to get to the place, the Google-maps and my Car-maps could find the place - I ended up on a road shoulder in the middle of nowhere, gave up, and chose another place; I tried to contact the hotel in the arrival evening but none responded, to my request to refund either.
