Very good

Decently priced well located hotel in Le Cannet

Spacious room, silent , nice small balcony.

The whole hotel and room looked bit tired. Time for some extra maintenance and painting!

Bad

Be aware of the 200eur deposit they are taking. Mine has not been refunded!

The stay was okay however the deposit they took from my account has not been returned it has been days and they are not replying on my emails.

Please be aware of the 200eur deposit they are taking in advance. I am not receiving replies back on my email asking them to check again and refund it

Superb

holiday feeling even on a work stay!

Very nice place, perfect for work or holiday. Amazingly nice and friendly staff, I always enjoy the time here even if for business. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I will surely come back and highly recommend the place! thank you.

Even if the room service is not done every day I would appreciate a bit more care and attention to it when they do it.

Good place. Unhelpful Staff.

We requested 5 single beds, one room with 3 twin beds and one with 2 twin beds. We were five single people traveling together. None of us were a couple. The was confirmed with the hotel buy email. Two of the beds were linked with one set of sheets and a duvet between them. When alerted to this your reception gave one of us a key and was told to take what we needed from another room. This other room was occupied and there were belongings to other guests in the room so we left the room undisturbed. The receptionist took our coworker to a cupboard and was handed a set of sheets, but when she asked for a blanket the receptionist said they were not used in France. The receptionist was rude and acted like we were asking for too much. Our worker slept the night without a blanket.

Superb

Amazing, spacious room on the top floor with a lovely sea view and a huge terrace, modern and clean kitchen equipment as well as the room furniture, pleasant swimming pool.

The location is not the most attractive but the atmosphere is still worth it; the building facade could use some renovation; some pigeon repulsifs would be useful in the balconies/on the terrace.

VERY BAD experience with the staff

The personal, the guy called Christopher was very rude, I spoke to some girls in the morning because it was an error on my reservation (my first booking for the 6 august could not be confirmed and I still do not why, so I made the booking again) suddenly when I checked my email being in France already, I saw that it was paid for the 22 of July, when I saw this, I called the reception and talked with these girls, they told me to do not worry, that if I wherent even in France, they would made a refund for it and make a new reservation (20 more expensive) for this day. I asked twice to be sure, they said no problem. I gave my credit card and when I arrived in the place, Christopher told me that they will not pay me or make me any refund, in a very rude way. I had no other option so I paid for this night and in the morning I went to talk to the girls I spoke with in the phone, and told me in the beginning that it would not be any problem with that, told me in that moment that they could not make any refund, they took my info and told me her manager will call me, but nobody called me. I still waiting 2 weeks later. Honestly a VERY BAD experience.
