Great stay

Great location, quiet, amazing view, spacious room, huge comfy bed, shower was very hot and with great pressure. Breakfast was buffet type, quite a few options to choose from for vegetarians and a lot of meat also. Staff was very helpful too.

Room looked a little bit unfinished, spider webs on lamps and bath tub was a bit leaking. But these are tiny things and I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing hotel in Sapa

Everything was super. I can absolutely recommend this hotel. The room was super modern and clean, and the breakfast was tasty. They recommended me a tour that was amazing and also cheaper than the usual price. The guide could speak English, and the group was full of nice people.

good retreat from chaos of Sapa

Located near the centre, 10 minutes walk. next to Yummy restaurant which was brilliant for a cosy afternoon plum wine and warm lunch. The apartment was great for a cost retreat, it was very foggy when I was here so i holed up in this hotel with the tv and tea. Apartment came with everything you needed.

I was not helped with my bag up the stairs. The apartment is up on to the top floor then out across the roof and up some stairs (hotel is on a hill). This was not a probelm for me but someone more frail would struggle with this.

Great hospitality

They let us store our luggage after checkout because we hiked Fansipan and couldn't carry them with us. The staff even let us use the shower afterwards which was a very nice surprise.

Our booking was for this hotel but they put us into a room in the Sapa Grand Hills hotel.

Super comfortable. Great value!

Very comfortable room, and bed. Great bath, which we really appreciated after several days trekking, and with the wet, cold weather! Great breakfast. Fast laundry service. On the edge of town - perfect! Close enough - short walk to centre, far enough to escape a lot of the crazy Sapa night noise and traffic.

Value for money and exceptional good.

Value for money. Exceptional good. Like interior of the room, and bathtub. After discount, it was so cheap. Stayed 2 nights, closer to Sa Pa town. Staffs are friendly and yet helpful.

View with privacy

Beautiful view, feels very private, wide open windows and nobody infront. Feeling of an apartment rather than a room. Very well located, walking distance from Cat Cat as well as on the street exciting the village towards several hiking trails. Great breakfast, especially the one a la carte with great coffee / Cappuccino or latte

Very good

Being able to book early was an amazing convenience, we came here very early by night bus from Hanoi. Beautiful view from the window, very friendly staff. I rate the room highly, the bed was large and very comfortable. A lot of places to put sth down. I asked to clean the room better, it was done without the slightest problem. Location - close to the center, few minutes walk yet quieter. I would be very happy to return there!

Breakfast very average, that's the only downside.
