Traveling by car , it was very easy to use parking with a good price , metro to Seville just behind a corner . Fantastic staff , lots of shops near by.

Superb

Ideal for metro, good value nice hotel

Spacious and very clean hotel with comfortable beds. Excellent location with metro station across the road called Cuidad Epo which is the end of the line and makes it so easy to reach seville centre if you get off at Puerto Jerez Station.

The room temperature was a constant 24 degrees, too hot for us. Reception explained that they cannot turn it down as it is regulated by another company. We were on the 13th floor and if you wanted the very large window opening, you have to go to reception, get a special handle to unlock it then immediately return the handle. Same again when you want to close it.

Close to public transportation and shopping mall within walking distance.

Some groups took over the dining room at night and we were not able to eat when we arrived. We walked to the shopping mall. .

Not good value for money but handy location

Clean, good location handy for the metro, comfy beds.

Rude staff in reception who were unwelcoming. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, just a vending machine in the reception which involves having to download an app to pay to get a drink. Had to pay extra for parking because we were booking.com users but if we had booked directly we wouldnt have had to pay to park. Window didnt shut properly so there was a lot of noise from outside. Really didnt feel like a 4* stay.

Superb

Seville - well worth a visit - so much to see.

Located out of town but only 100 metres from metro station, so we were able to leave the car in the hotel car park and use the metro which was incredibly cheap (0.47) per person each way using your credit card at the barrier. No need to purchase tickets beforehand. We visited the Cathedral, the Alcazar. Museo de Bellas Artes, Alameda D Hercules, Unfortunately the Plaza de Espana was closed unexpectedly. Also, do wander down the Calle Las Sierpes - lots of wonderful shops and cafs.

Nothing in particular. It was the most expensive of the 5 hotels we used during our 8 days in Spain, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Room view, friendly staff.

Dirty bed cover. No drinking water, electric cattle in room, no bed slippers. No Room service. Poor not professional room design. If it is suite, there should be given 2 keys as I couldn't use living room because there was no electricity. In general, not sure why they call it 4 star hotel.

Disappointing

If you can, stay elsewhere do so

Rooms are clean. We've stayed here 4x before.

Breakfast is not worth the money. It used to be a Breakfast, but this time the fruit was old and dried. the eggs, bacon and sausages were cold. They no longer have spanish ham. I complaint to the staff about the cold buffet, they reheated the scramble eggs which is a violation of USA Health Code, and I am sure of Spain as well. You don't reheat cold items that have been exposed to people and the environment. I work in the food industry. The attitude of the staff was not the best either. I asked for a refund as I couldn't eat the buffet and the front desk said they couldn't so I paid 17 Euros for Coffee.
