Very good

Big room with private bathroom. Air conditioning is a plus. Good location as well. Would recommend.

Nice relaxed hostel vibe

We had a short stay but would have stayed longer if necessary. Clean facilities, nice relaxed vibe, pool was great and kitchen facilities worked well (pans were excellent).

The beds and pillows could be comfier/thicker.

Good

Parking was very convenient and the staff were very friendly.

There wasnt any general power outlet near the bunk beds, which were very inconvenient for travelers.

Disappointing

Being told on arrival and expecting accommodation I was told that as we live locally that we are unable to stay at the YHA. We have been staying here for years and were totally blindsided by this. Luckily we found a place to stay nearby as Cyclone Jasper arrived that night and we were forced to stay in town for 4 days

Very good

Idyllic place

I loved the air-conditioned rooms. They were basic, but the beds were very comfortable. Also, the central courtyard featured a pool, bubblebad, and several lounge areas. For a hostel, this felt idyllic.

Maybe a few small things, but then I'm nitpicking. For a hostel, this place was amazing.
