The cottage was clean and had all the facilities we could need. The owner was very helpful from the minute we booked and arranged for balloons and a banner for my partners birthday to be displayed on arrival. Location was great bus stop 2 minutes walk from Lodge and a short bus ride into York centre. All in all a fantastic stay will definitely return and have recommended to family

The beds was super comfortable and the hot tub was a lovely aspect to look forward to at the end of the night.

I dont think that there is much we didnt like the only thing we can think of is how far away a shop is to tue location (but that cant be helped)

Lovely mini break

Great hot tub, comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. Lovely extra touch with the Halloween balloons and sweeties.

Kitchen was a little small and the table to eat inside was only big enough for 2 people, but loads of outdoor space if the weather is good and some side tables next to the sofa too.
