Overall a great experience! The staff were wonderful, the food was great and we had a great time at the pool every day,

Loved the food options, the pool and the room.

Wish there were a few more kid activities and a kids club.

A very expensive hotel with small old fashioned rooms and decor.

The beach and pool are beautiful, and they have nice restaurants. They had Enterprise car rental at the location, which was very convenient for outings.

It's an expensive hotel. The location is a little old-fashioned, the rooms are small and the decor is outdated. You also share half of the hotel with Margaritaville, which has a slightly different atmosphere. It felt like an old Vegas hotel, but the hotel had more charm at night.

Highly recommend, look forward to going back

The property was gorgeous and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a nice selection of dining options on the property (they were expensive though). Pool side bar and food service was fantastic. We were given the option of locking in an upgrade from the hotel before we arrived- if the upgrade was available when we checked in we had to exercise the upgrade, and we did. We upgraded to a junior suite on the ground floor with a pool view. The room size was spacious. The rooms were clean and well maintained- we did notice a musty smell when visiting rooms on higher floors (we had family staying at the same time as us) not sure if that is typical? We also elected to pay for the breakfast - it may seem like an expensive upgrade but holy cow was it worth it. The absolute best breakfast Ive ever had at a resort. Incredible options, fresh juices and pastries. Definitely include the breakfast, you wont be disappointed. The rest of the hotel was great, well stocked gift shop in case you forgot anything. The beach was beautiful and cleaned every morning. The casino was fun. If you have kids, the hotel staff organized activities pool side intermittently that our daughter loved. The hotel itself is perfectly located for activities- short drive to the kiosks for great food, short drive to Fajardo (about 30 min) minutes to the rain forest.

The restaurants on site were pricey. If youre not planning on leaving the resort, get the included breakfast and take advantage of it- we ended up skipping lunch most days and eating an earlish dinner.

Good hotel, good facilities - pool is amazing

personnel isn't welcoming - we arrived and the frontdesk staff couldn't even give us a warm welcome. Also food is overpriced and not great.

4 star hotel. Building is good. Location is far away to the city and other areas

Its sea. Always there were waves which you can not enjoy your swim. Even it may get dangerous for you. We dont like pool. For pool lowers and do not want to go out from the hotel area this place is perfect.

Beautiful property in excellent location!!!

I loved the location, the facilities, the views, the convenience of having restaurants on the property and the sizes of the rooms. Apart from the personnel which was helpful and friendly. Beautiful place in general!!!

It may need some updating. The bathroom and the bathtub was kind of rusted and the floors too. The coffee machine was dirty and the room have a musty smell. Also the pools may need some updating too, the floors of the pool all seen damaged!!!
