Superb

Highly recommend, well priced and perfect location!!!

Perfect location, super near the main town where all the restaurants and bars are but also far enough away that its quiet and you dont have to listen to loud music all night.

There were no facilities (gym or pool) but for the price you simply cannot beat it!

No fuss kind of hotel. We needed a one night to stay and found wyh. For the price we paid for I think it was pretty good

Location to where the shops are is 5 mins away. Its a bit tucked away from where all of the bars are too, so its quiet and nice but very close to the shops.

Not a deal breaker but considering you would go to the beach often in koh tao, I wish there was a hanger or air dryer for us to dry out our swimwear etc. There is a chair on the balcony though there isnt enough space for too many clothes to hang.

Good value for money

I liked the balcony and the view (we were in the top floor), and the spacious studio with 2 bathrooms. The location was great, just off the main pedestrian streets. The receptionist was kind and accomodating.

There was a gecko in the room, and balcony doors didnt close without sufficient gaps between them. The shower smelled weird.

Handy location can walk down to shops.

Surroundings are a bit rough. Walls are very thin so you can hear everyone coming in and out of their rooms and going down the hall.

Superb

The hotel is near to the main area of the island with restaurants and locals. It is possible to reach Sairee beach in just 5 minutes by walk. The room was clean and with all the basic comforts. The owner speaks very well english and gave us good hints.

Good

Clean rooms, new appliances. The couple running the place are friendly. Its so close to Sairee, but far enough that you can get a good night sleep. We didnt hire a scooter the first days because we just walked around the vicinity.

The cleanliness in the bathroom can be improved.

Exceptional

The staff were always friendly. they cleaned every day and gave us water. The TV was good and fridge as well. location perfect because it was central but still quiet at night. The shower had warm water. The room is very clean and modernly equipped. The furniture was very new and in good condition. It is a comfortable Hotel and we will definitely visit it again.

Only thing was that the building next door was very close hence we didn't have the best view. But we spent time outdoors anyway so it didn't bother us.
