Lovely stay

If it was possible to give 11 out of 10 to this hotel I would give it.Everything was superb,the dining,the breakfast and in particular the staff was outstanding.lovely hotel for couples.highly recommended,will definitely go back

If there was a sauna then it would have been perfect but the spa facilities were good

Relaxing break in a beautiful hotel with amazing staff.

A beautiful hotel and spa in a lovely location. Accommodation first class and the real icing on the cake - the staff are exceptional. Helpful, nothing is too much trouble, amazing with children ! Food yummy.. a real gem of a hotel..

My daughter badly broke her arm, she had surgery, she had complications. She needed extra surgery when we needed to stay, we asked for our money back weeks in advance and they would not let us have our money back. We assumed they are desperate for the money

Exceptional service, superb hospitality at a venue that will make you fell very relaxed.

Breakfast was superb, a great selection and all fresh! The colleagues front of house were exceptional, Richard went out of his way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. SPA facilites were very good, lovely pool and great gym.

A colleague in the SPA area was cold and did not interact with my wife and children which I found disappointing, even when a comment of thank you was directed directly towards her from a 6 year old.
