Such a pearl

- amazing staff, so helpful and friendly - unlimitted coffee in the morning - machines with food and other items so you dont need to go out when someting is missing - I loved the cardless or keyless solution - bathrooms were very clean - whole place was very clean in general, I kept seeing cleaning stuff taking care of it - the location is amazing

Unfortunately i was there when the first day of the war started and heard those missile attack and siren but the staff are very helpful and it was comforting during those hard days and I was able to received an email as well from the hotel management that they will ensure my safety made me felt at ease.

Okay stay in Tel Aviv.

Generic pod hostel close to the old town area of Tel Aviv. We have stayed in pod hostels many times and this is probably the lowest ranked one we have been to. Across the road from an okay swimming beach with multiple options for paid parking nearby. Beds are very large (at least a King size), linen/bedding is supplied, coffee in the morning is free, and there is an ice machine with filtered water available throughout the day. No kitchen unfortunately, but there are a microwave and fridge facilities.

The whole hostel runs on smartphone access through their app - access to your room, bathroom, and the shared areas. This is a good idea in concept but unfortunately it does not work well at all! The app kept crashing and there were a few occasions we were locked out of our room in towel post shower. We stayed for 4 nights and had to have our codes resent (6/7 times each by walking to the reception area and speaking to a receptionist....in a towel once was highly embarrassing), you are forced to carry your phone with you everywhere - including to the toilet or if you want to relax in the common areas (cannot leave phone in room to charge). The aircon unit crashed two nights we stayed. We made multiple complaints as did others in our travel group (we were overheating/couldn't breathe due to the construction of the rooms). It wasn't until reception change over in the monring someone actually did something as the overnight attendant didn't believe us.

Best solution for a quick stop in Tel Aviv

I love this place. Location is the best, facing the sea and just outside the beautiful Neve Tzedek neighbourood. Staff is super kind, helpful and reactive and the rooms have everything you need, in the minimum space! I'll keep booking this Hotel.

- Location is great, by the beach and often very close to pick-up points if you're doing any tours - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - As someone who was out most of the time, I found my room to be a great base. The bathrooms were always clean and the use of the app to unlock your room, the main doors and bathrooms was a nice touch

- The walls seemed thin so you could often hear people speaking who were outside (or, during one morning, drilling!)

The location was great! Small, but clean private pods with comfortable beds. Friendly stuff. Great free coffees in a cappuccino machine, large fridge, microwave, a nice patio.

Hard to find from the outside, second floor. No stove to prepare food.

The concept of the hotel is great. It looks like a coworking space and the advance technology of the door system. The reception people were really friendly and accommodating

The rooms are too small and you can hear the noise of people at all the time even we could hear everything from our neighbor as the walls are too thin.

I will come again as minor minuses are compensated by helpful staff and perfect location.

Very modern hostel with very helpful staff. Location is incredible- almost at the beach. Coffee machine and robes for the guests was incredible addition. Wanted to spent all my time in a balcony. Very clean. Easy to use registration and key system. Feels like hotel and spa at the same time.

Some of the guests do not evaluate how thin walls are and were too loud in general facilities at night. Coffee machine can be used for a limited time in the morning. Online key did not work for another guest in the same room, so it was not very comfortable.
