Where the property community is located is a decent area

For starters, the couch had a lot of liquids stings and fluids, which was very gross for having kids. The bathroom in the shower had a lot of stains and hairs all over it Outside by the door smell, horrible I think it is where they have the trash located right beside the front door not a pleasant smell Also, I think they should list all of the rules way before you check in and pay for your stay. They have a rule book inside the house that makes you feel like youre in a prison We normally go down once a year and stay at the grove wanted to try something different. I think we will continue going back to the grove. I did not think about taking photos of everything or I would have

Great on the inside, pool is a problem

House is lovely and spacious, well decorated with good facilities. House was very clean inside. Strong wifi. Comfortable beds and furniture.

On arrival, patio area was filthy, covered in green and black algae and littered with uaed water balloons. Took 4 dayanfor this to be cleaned. The netting covering the pool area was damaged which meant each morning the pool was full of lizards, frogs and bugs and this took 3 weeks to fix. There is a problem with the pool as well, every 4 days it turns green with algae, none ofnthe neighboursbhad this issue, it seemed to be only our pool. Had to constantly complain to get the pool cleaned. Was unable to use the pool for 6 days in total due to how dirty it became. The electronic games in the gamesroom/garage (air hockey and basketball) are both broken. Not enough cutlery for a family of four. Cockroaches in the garage.

Horrible shouldnt have paid what we paid its absolutely disgusting.

Pictures are nice but actual condition of property inside and out was terrible. Dirty carpet, linens were brushed off not clean, mattresses were stained, pool was not filtered not talking about heated im talking about not being filtered. Pool water was disgusting and had actual worms in the water. Very disappointed. Owners promised they had crib and didnt have one. Had to go buy a playpen so baby could sleep in. Outdoor grill grates were rusted through. Wouldnt wish anyone to stay here. Pictures are nice but not what it actually looks like in person

Only that the grill was very much rusty so I decided not to use it but I knks if it had a cover it would have been more cleaner

overcharged and didnt get the code to the door till the next day no service house is filthy

The location the neighborhood is quiet

it was filthy the service is bad even when connected to the internet stains on furniture carpet and walls bugs were present as well the grill is old and rusty and be careful they charge you an extra fee right after you pay booking price and you cant cancel we booked from Friday to Sunday and didnt get the house code till Saturday morning yes they charged us for that day we payed a cleaning fee at booking and the house was filthy they sent two ladies to come clean up with a rag and comet then after you pay the fee they still want you to clean it before you leave or youll be fined it was well not worth it our family vacation was ruined we were charged almost $1000 for one night and the house isnt a mansion Ive never been disappointed with booking but this house is very misleading
