Nice well kept property in a peaceful location.

The comfort zone: we felt can be improved upon ...like better mattresses and pillows and also improving upon the existing electricity back up..as it's a homestay in midst of a capital city.

Great one night homestay

The property was very neat and clean. Dr. Urk and his parents was very nice. Aunty made us feel at home and helped us with home cooked food which was very healthy and tasty. Also, went overboard to fetch mosquito repellent incense stick in the night for us. Very warm, friendly and well educated family.

There is nothing I can call out which I did not like.

This was our first Home stay experience and we felt like home. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner. Very nice place to stay with family. Great location near dal lake. A home away from home. The place is well maintained. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Loved our stay. Will Highly recommend.
