Fabulous. I will recommend it to all my friends and family.

Fantastic location. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The lady who served us breakfast was attentive and remembered what our preferences were. The food was great at breakfast. Dinner was good too

We loved it all. The one small thing I could mention was the shower was hard to adjust to the right temperature

Overnight stay before Christmas

Lovely pub.. friendly staff..rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless..food in the restaurant was excellent.... breakfast was excellent..I personally couldn't fault this place.. they even upgraded us... next to the river and right in Ironbridge..it was a perfect night away.. forgot to say that was the best night's sleep I have had..the bed was perfect.. would highly recommend this place to anyone.. thank you all so much for a wonderful time.

there was a blaring disco until 12pm. our room was directly above music. we were not informed beforehand about disco. Even when we checked in we were not informed.

Cereal was basic no fruit only option fried breakfast but well cooked and presented

The sanitary smell bad in the bathroom in our room from the toilet . Which was a shame it made us feel sick as nice warm clean room otherwise.

Short stay

Room was large, nicely decorated and clean. Bed was really comfortable.

Parking is not available on site and nearest public car park is approx 1/4 of a mile away. There is free parking on the road but this is only for 40 mins.. The room as not as warm as would have liked due to radiator being covered by the heavy ceiling to floor curtain.

Excellent but I gave had trouble with Booking .com returning my pending money. I paid on line booking the Hotel then paid the Hotel by Debit Card on leaving. Can I have my monet please Booking.com
