The reception staff (especially Salome) were excellent - welcoming, professional, informative, approachable at all times and very helpful. The hospitality was heartwarming! The room was exceptionally good and maintained standards with regard to cleanliness and ambience. Perfect stay for anyone who wants to visit Santorini!

Our room was spacious and look fantastic. We had our own private spa, a little walk from our room. Was not too far to walk to town center once we found the place.

We had difficulty finding the place as google map search was directing us round and round, we stopped to ask for directions many rimes.

Amazing stay in Fyra and Santorini

Everything in the room was excellent, comfortable, clean and it is a simple white and beautiful/well done decoration. Outside balcony with the table for breakfast, the hot tub and sofa really makes the difference to take the stay and the experience to another level. Location is excellent as it is far enough from the confusion in Fyra center, but close enough to walk to the center and restaurants. Breakfast was really good as well.

Staff was helpful, however not the warmest people. Hot tub water temperature could be hotter. Breakfast process could be improved by providing the guests the menu for the next day breakfast with the breakfast itself to avoid unnecessary trips to reception to fill the next day's breakfast selections.

Great

The concierges, Ares and the others were great, and gave us excellent recomendations for hiking, resaurants, fine dining, touring, etc. not to mention Greek lessons! the breakfasts served in our room were ample and good and service was efficient and friendly. The hotel is hidden away and one of our taxi drivers couldn't find it, but we loved the location. The all white, cave like room was stunning! and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

I stayed at White Concept Caves in Santorini on November 7th and had a wonderful experience. The property was clean and new, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in one of the most picturesque parts of Fira, Santorini, and offers contemporary amenities that ensure luxury, privacy, and tranquility. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend White Concept Caves to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful stay in Santorini.

Wonderful stay

Absolutely fabulous, location was wonderful. The staff gave us advice were to go and where to eat. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend! The hot tubs and pool are such a bonus.
