    Everyone enjoyed their stay. The place was exactly as advertised, excellent value and close proximity to downtown. A very easy commute for the Sabres game, House was clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to others, and stay again. Thank you, Chuck.

    Place is spacious for 8 people
    only one bathroom for 8 people although we managed to work out a schedule with the bathroom. The house number was not clear from the street so when we arrived the first night, it was dark and we werent sure if we had the right address.

    This place is really cozy. And spacious, clean, quiet. Perfect. The owner is very nice, responsive and helpful. We had a great time in this house. I would reccomend this to everybody.

    Stay only if you have to. This property only has 1 bathroom and 3 beds are located in attic.
    House had 4 rooms and enough linens for everyone
    This property has 1 bathroom. Please post this at the top and not as a sentence between 20 line description. 3 beds are located in attic. Please post it very clearly. Pics were lot better than the property. The house had low celining and with dim lighting across the house, it felt very congested. Internet was dodgy in some of the corners. Neighbourhood felt very sketchy in the night

    Cozy, very clean, and good deal for the price.
    Beyond what we expected for 5 people, very comfortable, clean, plenty space for everyone.
    Because we were in a hurry looking for a place to stay, we didnt notice it has only one bathroom, but it was stated in the description. So, for a big group, one bathroom could be a concern.
