Disappointing

It was nit value for money as room was poor and service was not good.

The private beach was just a walk away. Nice views and swimming pool.

The service was not up to standard. The rooms were not clean. They could not speak English and did not service us well when we arrived and even said we did not book there initially.

Exceptional

A wonderful place to stay with very nice sea facing rooms.

The location of Vung Tau Intourco resport was very nice and just a few steps away from the beach.

A few more english speaking staff would have been helpful.

Location was nice right by a good beach.

Dated resort, not many updated facilities. Average at best. Not a current four star hotel. Cheap rates but not a place I will revisit. Breakfast was not impressive, front desk staff was not friendly nor did they help bring our bags in.

Scam Resort, please avoid

Nothing, staff are rude and don't include anything that it said would be. I am still 4 days later getting charges feom my account for things we didn't use. We stayed 1 night and have now had a total of $90 Australian dollars on 5 charges for random crap

Place is a scam and they charge extra for 12pm check out and breakfast even when they said it was free

Great location, directly on the beach. Three nice swimming pools.

Rooms are not worthy for a 4 stars hotel. Old furnitures, some broken or simply repaired with some plastic tapes. They need some serious upgrade and renew most of the rooms. Poor amenities provided inside the bathrooms. A total chaos inside the hotel and hard to get a proper sleep due to the several noises (doors cannot close properly, so guests simply smash it all the times) of the guests and lack of rules respect.
