The bed was not clean and the covers was with bad smell and i tried to call house keeping but no answer then i go to reception by my self and asked him to change it then i went to get dinner then i found them only organized but nothing replaced which chocked me then i go to the cleaner and take new covers and replace it by my self Regarding food was not tasty and small room with open buffet which was reserved for event for company and was full of people and the food was not reaching 2 stars hotel

There is no crowding on the location.

The hotel is ok, but not good, far a way from the city centre, also the price is expensive very much for like this hotel, it look like 3 star, the shower in the bathroom does not work, and I asked the staff no one fix the issue, also the was the maintenance hassle near my room, it was and noise the end of the night and in the morning, tried to sleep, the alarm went off for no reason, the service is bad, its was a bad experience visiting the hotel.

A good working hotel but in a noisy location and lacking many of the facilities you might expect.

Breakfast was excellent - if anything, too much choice. The location was fine for meetings nearby, and fairly convenient for the airport. Room was comfortable, price reasonable for standard of hotel.

Room electrics very strange - you can only control the bedside reading lights from one side of the bed, and the room lights from the other side. Lights alongside the mirror in the bathroom not bright enough for shaving etc. Traffic noise from outside far too obvious, despite apparent double-glazing. Coffee shop/snack bar not open mid-late evening. Glass screen on edge of bath means you have to get in to turn shower on - and that means you get a blast of cold water until shower warms up. Plug in hand-basin didn't hold water.

Not much to mention

It was not like the 1st stay, 360 different staff were awful, not trained, receptionist didnt direct us nicely to our room when we went to the other part of the hotel and kept looking for our room then came back to get the correct directions, bathroom didnt have towels or essentials!!! 2nd stay was totally different than my 1st visit on 2019 which was much better.
