Superb

Great Christmas break in a very nice hotel

Room was large and very comfortable. Food was good. Christmas and New Year gala buffet were outstanding.

Very little. Location was a little way from the town. Walls in our apartment were quite scuffed and could do with a bit of paint.

Very good

Enjoyed our short break but felt should be more entertainment for adults

Plenty of choice of food for breakfast

Was disappointed with the entertainment . Although I understand the hotel caters for children I found it didnt provide entertainment for adults . Also having to carry a suitcase up two sets of stairs was not really very good and nobody asked if we needed any help

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed the Jacuzzi very much although it cost 30 Euro more per night, very useful in the less warm days where the outdoor pools are too cold to enjoy. We were pleasantly surprised by the well organized and prepared Christmas dinner and activities afterwards . Thanks to the whole team to make our stay nice and happy.

The double bed is too soft... Sofa bed is oke.

The staff is really nice and lovely. From the reception, restaurant and the two girls by doing the animation, Tatiana and Veronica. Thanks a mill to all the team that did a super special holidays for us. And the last day was my daughters birthday and she and my son received a present from them We will be back soon

We had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay. The jacuzzi suite was excellent value for money

We loved the jacuzzi suite, this was spacious, comfy super king bed, large terrace. The gym was well equipped, the indoor pool excellent for lane swimming. Three outside pools, all very clean.

Coffee at the bar after dinner came in a paper cup, not very 4 star. I asked for a china cup and was refused. There are a few maintenance jobs that need doing around the hotel, we did see some repairs being done so maybe this is being attended to. Some of the outside furniture is a little bit tatty.

Lovely accomodation

The hotel was lovely and spacious, with a large room that provided kitchen facilities as well as a lounge area and balcony. The bedroom was also spacious with plenty of storage provided. The buffet breakfast and dinners were also really great value and catered to a variety of tastes each night. Almost too much choice! The swimming pool area was also lovely and was well maintained. Staff were friendly throughout the hotel. Parking was also great as the outside of the hotel has free street parking surrounding it and we didn't struggle to find a space at all throughout our 5 day stay.

No complaints at all. POssibly some rooms could do with a bit of a revamp but I had a perfect stay :)

Pleasant

Enjoyable but wouldnt return due to the lack of mini disco and cold pool situation for cold windy days.

New modern clean nice kids Mini club food nice and location just ok as 25mins walk to the nearest busy spot.

Kids pool was not heated so was freezing and almost unusable for longer than 30mins. 1 of 3 Adult pools heated as a trial which I enquired if could be extended to the kids pool and told no. No kiddies mini disco in the evenings only at lunchtime which defeats the purpose as those children nap then.
