Nice and modern
Easy check in, good location for buses and coaches and nice bathrobes. No slippers to match though so bring your own. Close to lake Geneva and lots of shops and food places. Everything nice clean and modern better decor then the pricier hotels close by in my opinion.
Breakfast was small selection and not good for vegans or people with a milk allergy like myself. No dairy free alternatives unfortunately. Some of the food seemed a little stale in the cereal area.

Location was excellent. Common areas and room were extremely clean and well presented. Staff were friendly. Excellent value for money.
There was a constant low noise that was a lot louder in the bathroom - maybe something to do with the air conditioning. Toilet brush also needed replacing. Would book again.

Close to station
Amazing handy location to train station. The room size is very small and isn't suited to spending much time during the day. The toom is well fitted out.
The male on the reception desk is an arrogant individual who needs a lesson in customer service. The breakfast is totally over-priced and not of high quality .we brought our breakfast elsewhere.

Quiet clean and warm room with many amenities. Lovely comfortable bed. I liked the kettle in the room. Lovely reception staff. Amazing location.
No cleaner for the first five days, which I found bizarre.
