Dont stay here - faulty electrics - ruined our Christmas vacation stay

Nothing, after the disastrous stay we had at Eduardos apartment, which utterly ruined our Christmas vacation stay.

Faulty electrical wiring in the apartment is not safe, so we had to leave early from our stay. Rude and arrogant owner who refused to help us in regard to having the faults rectified. Because of faulty electric fittings in the apartment we had a blackout on Christmas Eve while we were cooking our Christmas dinner. The owner arrived, spent time fixing the problem and told us never to use more than one appliance at a time! My god, $500 per night to rent this place to be told that! When I asked him what are we supposed to do if this happens if we do use more that once appliance at once, he walked off and refused to talk to me. The apartment is full of electrical faults, mainly the lights, which are the circuit breaker. Poor customer service. Poor fittings. An electrical hazard. I've been travelling regularly for over 30 years and I've only ever experienced such pathetic facilities in some of the worst hotels in third world countries. JB

Spacious and well equipped apartment

Spacious and well equipped apartment, easy self check in. The host was very kind and fast in response. There were many preschool toys at the apartment, great for the families with little kids.

Very good

A very spacious and well equipped newly refurbished apartment close to shops and public transport. It is no air conditioning, but a host kindly provided us with a ventilator as it was very hot weather

There was a bit of confusion at the beginning around the keys, but soon rectified. Just a note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.

A fun family trip in a beautiful city

the layout of the rooms were perfect and the furniture was quirky and comfortable.

nothing really, but some people may struggle without a lift, as there are three flights of stairs to reach the apartment

Very spacious and tastefully decorated rooms and a very well equipped kitchen. A microwave oven will be an added bonus. Both a bathroom and a toilet are on a small side but adequate. Very close to public transport

Initially, a neighbourhood seemed a bit intimidated, but it's ok once you get used to it.

Great appartment, good location

Appartment is very spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. The location is great, close to several super markets, 5-6min on foot from a subway station and just next to a tramway stop. We had a great time there and would definitely come back on another occasion.

Superb

Clean, comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated, calm, with well-equipped kitchen. Located in a calm multicultural environment with a good connection with the city center - tram no. 2, metro line U6. Grocery store is nearby, as well as an open air market. Keys taking/returning is facilitated by the coded locker box.

The only problem during our stay was the internet speed.
