Superb

Best part of our trip to Italy was our stay in this Villa in Positano!

Fabulous location and view!!! Gorgeous large deck with sea view. Diego, the host, was incredibly helpful and kind!

A perfect way to experience Positano

Diego met us at the ferry and handled the porter arrangements before taking us back to the property. He is very friendly and helped arrange some of our activities. The property overall is excellent. There is plenty of space to spread out with a fully equipped kitchen and large living/dining room. The washing machine was very helpful. The private patio is perfect. Each of the three rooms has its own door out on to it and the views are amazing. The location is fantastic, especially, if you want to be close to everything, but not right in the port area. For us, the better restaurants were up from the beach and the property was well-situated to get to them easily. Positano is not large. If you can handle the stairs, then you can get pretty much everywhere in 15-20 minutes by walking. We didn't feel like waiting for the buses, which seem to be frequently late. There is a great cafe for morning coffee and pastries, a few groceries, and convenience stores within a very short walk (and not that many stairs).

Maybe add a microwave. More for convenience than necessity. The stove and oven that are there worked for our needs.

We loved our stay at Villino Prota. Beautiful old Italian house with amazing views. Perfect for our family of 6. Wished we could have stayed longer. Lots of steps, but that is expected in Positano. Would definitely recommend!

This property had amazing views, great space for family! My family and I would totally stay there again!

The views were AMAZING. Diego and his wife were very welcoming and made our stay there comfortable.

Excellent and wonderful hosts!

The hosts were amazing. They met as at the dock and escorted us to the apt. They were easy to communicate with and was extremely help by booking taxi for us on the day we left since it was heavy rain and all ferry were cancelled.

Everything is great except one flaw with the room layout. The guest bedroom has to cross the master bedroom to get to the guest bathroom.

Excellent stay in Positano

The location is excellent. The owner, Diego, was excellent, always in contact with us even before our arrival. The view from the terrace is out of this world. Waking up with that view is something else. The house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, working kitchen, 2 living rooms with TV and WiFi

Most amazing house weve ever stayed in!

The most beautiful house Ive ever stayed in. Amazing views, huge balcony and beautiful interior - antique Italian style furnishing and multiple rooms. The view from the bedroom in the morning is like no other, and will never enjoy a coffee on the balcony as much as I did here. Has all the amenities you need, and truly the most beautiful home inside and outside. This is the second time Ive visited Positano; and fourth time in Italy, and it is the best home by far Ive stayed in. Diego was an exceptional host, very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us even before we arrived. fantastic location with a beautiful walk downstairs through the town to the main square in Positano. the property is also located right on the main bus route with the stop nearby, so it made getting back to the house very convenient (Positano is hard to get around, we were blessed with the location)

Nothing! everything was perfect. Positano in itself has a lot of stairs, so for those with mobility problems it might not be the best town to visit. so if anyone complains about stairs, you wont find any home that does not have them! the walk down to Positano from Diegos was lovely, and is conveniently centred on the bus route so getting back is very easy :)
