Superb

We had a wonderful time in this amazing location within walking distance to Leamington Spa.

The location and amenities at the house were perfect for us.

Parking was difficult at times. The twin bed mattresses were not comfortable. For the length of our stay, we would have liked a clothes drier.

Comfortable house in a great location.

Great location, about 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Well equipped house with comfortable sofas and beds. Lovely to have access to a garden during the summer.

Very good

Beautiful house, brilliant location, very well equipped but the single beds need sorting out.

Brilliant location, very stylish house and a lovely garden to sit in.

The single beds desperately need new mattresses. They were so uncomfortable (hard with springs poking into me) that I had to sleep on the sofa bed downstairs.

nice property BUT they have secret cameras inside the property as they rang me telling me something that they would only know if they could see us inside the living room so book at your own risk theres enough beds to sleep 4 people but only allow 1 person in the property which is very weird felt extremely vulnerable when I realised there was secret cameras watching me from inside I had to leave

This property was excellent It had so many local places to eat drink and the locals were lovely people .have work there again in 4 weeks and will try and get this place again .tea coffee on hand super place
