Perfect - we hope to come back someday

Our stay was perfect - the pictures on Booking are look good but they dont completely do justice to the villas, because it doesnt capture the sounds of the birds and the smells of the flowers around. Everything from the pool to the dining area to the bedroom and the toilet was luxurious and thoughtfully designed. We liked that there was a whole water dispenser with easy access to hot and cold water, and also a fresh sponge and detergent for our dishes. The staff were very kind and accommodating, we had a WhatsApp group where we could easily communicate with them, which was a very nice touch. We arranged laundry and bicycles with zero hassle at all. It is a bit far from the harbour but the walk is worth it because the area is so peaceful and quiet.

Best private villa I've had in Indonesia. (We've been here 2 months) and it's all because of the details. Firstly the villa is immense with outfitted outdoor kitchen. The kitchen has quality tea and lombok coffee with a coffee maker!! There's a ceiling fan for the kitchen. No bugs or mosquitoes. The pool has three steps and you can sit and relax in the pool with a jet in the back. It's also a private pool, so very relaxing. There are some sunning beds with cushions. A sofa. The room is big with lots of storage place. The whole place is spotlessly clean. They even clean the japanese step stones so they shine. The pool is very well maintained. The garden in full of flowers and birds. AC works well. Beds are very confortable and for once the pillows were of a decent size! The staff speaks english and can understand you perfectly. We loved our stay there, it felt like home.

Our fridge was broken so we didn't have any mini-bar but the employer and staff were wonderful about it. We could buy beer and water from their fridge. They had a technician in 1h and bought a new fridge the next day. They offered us free breakfast for the inconvenience. The staff really want to please. You do hear the mosque at 4am very faintly, and not at all if you have earplugs in.

Beautiful location and people

The property was beautiful. The location was great and they organised bikes for us straight away. Mike was super helpful and available to message on watsapp for anything we needed. Bonnie and Linda were also so helpful in the mornings bringing our breakfast to our villa. Pool was beautiful, mosquito coils provided, fresh cold and hot water also provided, big bathroom with all hair care products provided and overall great location.

The only thing that interrupted our stay was the air conditioning which didnt work properly for the first two nights. We were then told new air conditioning was being installed - which meant we needed to vacate the villa room for a few hours during our stay. We do wish we were given a little more notice on this but understand that somethings cant be foreseen. Air conditioner after in Villa 1 was amazing! Other than this, we have absolutely no complaints about this villa.

Quiet and beautiful property.

Breakfast was great with lots of choices - fantastic omelette and fruit platter. The decor and build of the property are amazing - spacious and included everything we could need.

I think where they hire the bicycles from needs to change as we had three break on us,(had to pay for two days hire even though they were unusable on the second day) so we just gave up, and ended up hiring them ourselves a day later from somewhere else, and didn't have a problem.

Spacious, clean and comfortable

Spacious, clean and in good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!

The breakfast was quite basic, we went elsewhere for food, but the island is small and accessible so it wasnt a problem. The coffee grounds were quite stale, fresh coffee would have been appreciated. Neither were major issues though.

Great private villa

Very nice and private garden, invites to relax and spend some time there. There is a nice private pool to enjoy. Staff is very helpful, accommodating, and brilliant. They are knowledgeable of the area and can help with anything. Thank you for the exceptional stay! I can fully recommend to book!

Our highlight on Gili Air

We can highly recommend it! The Villa is clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. We want to highlight the super friendly, cordial and helpful staff. Endah and Mike made us feel at home and helped us a lot with organising bikes, and a snorkling trip. We didnt want to leave :)
