Very good

Quaint, simple and perfect for a quick getaway. The property has huge potential.

Quick ratings for reference Location - 4/5 .. right in the highway and not too far from Mumbai (1 hr approx) .. Added bonus, it is just beside an amazing pub called Clink Cleanliness - 4/5 .. good rustic feel. Amenities - 4/5 .. all superb, property is 4 months old and everything is in pristine condition. Key is to maintain it F&B - 4/5 .. kitchen is operational but not 24X7. F&B manager is superb and gets involved personally Hospitality- 4/5 .. staff was supportive and accomodating Infra - 4/5 .. property has a game room with pool table, carrom, table tennis etc. Good size pool.. great gardens and a lovely restaurant. Rooms are cottages with patio (prefer the ones facing inside, they have better view than ones facing periphery) Since it is quite new, I loved they took the feedback and were really serious about how to improve. Great signs to make big in hospitality industry.

Superb

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottages are very new, nice and comfortable. Despite being near the highway, it is very private and there is a nice view of the nearby hills. Nice that they placed a game area with table tennis and billiard. Breakfast was also very good.

I would say that the place is fantastic provided that the staff manages to maintain the cleaning quality. The shower curtain was a bit dirty.

Good looking cabin but that's it

1. Being a new property, cabin is clean and looks nice. 2. Furniture and cabin gives a classy ambience. 3. Spacious car parking. 4. Games area is nice.

1. Hotel Phone extension doesn't work yet. They are yet to set it up. 2. Kitchen is still being built and hence food comes from outside. They forgot to bring proper plates and bowls and got after reminder. 3. On weekdays, breakfast is served in room and not in restaurant. They are yet to open it fully. 4. Card payment not possible. 5. The actual lawn size is smaller than photo. The owner provided photographs seems to have been taken by zooming out. 6. Room service (food / beverages) orders were goofed up. 7. Car parking is outside the premises

Very nice surroundings and view, swimming pool was huge and the private pool was great to chill with your partner. The staff was very polite to talk and helpful too. Rooms were cozy and bug. The bathrooms were having dental kit shaving kit loofah shampoo and body wash too.

Property was neat and clean however the staff and the management is very new and I think new in business they need to learn how to behave with guest, Morris was the manage who was hosting us and suddenly someone came in to the picture and start interrupting us , I am with my friends where they misbehave with ladies while they were having there food, they even don't know how to behave with ladies and that when they alwere having there food.

For everything they charge you, request at the time of checkin that will checkout @12 still from 10:15 they keep calling to checkout I am not sure how other rates good however for me it was pathetic stay so far I am individual host however I never treated my guest before like they treat us, after taking permission for everything there staff keep disturbing in between for such petty things 3 guest were not mentioned in there stay so I choose 2 and then again they charge for the third person like 1 person any which way allowed in any hotel there are no extra charges for it, they need to learn more in this industry and need to take care of there guest very well for me it was pathetic pathetic stay and I didn't like it at all 1 star just because there place was neat and clean however staff was very rude and everyone try to be manager on there own and I am not sure why in morning the property owner came in to picture I book from booking.com either they should raise it to booking.com or they should call me rather them calling me out and create a drama.

Wonderful stay and location

Theres nothing to complain about this resort, the rooms were super great, the view from the balcony. The property was just close to the old mumbai pune highway. The guys there were very helpful, also the breakfast was great. The lawn which was in the centre of the property was wonderful. Overall excellent place to spend your weekend.
