We loved our stay at this place , the rooms were big, fresh and clean , and the same with the whole property really inside / out. Bathroom very clean and water pressure great

The location of the property isnt the best but once u enter through the electric gates its a different world inside and immaculate.

There is no room service. They took 230 euro for safety issue . But they didn't mentioned it before. Check in time is 5pm . I found it strange. For early check in they took 30 euro . Breakfast is very poor. Location is too far from the port . Room looks bigger in picture but its too small. I'm totally disappointed.

Delicious simple breakfast, quite cozy room, large beautiful hotel area. Please note that enrollment times are quite lat

I liked that the room had high ceilings, everything was minimalist and cozy.

Our room smelled like sewage in the evening. This is probably due to the fact that everyone uses the shower in the evening. But by night the smell went away.

Some of the most uncomfortable beds and pillows Ive ever slept on.

The surrounding outside really beautiful and the staff super friendly

We were on delayed flight couldnt get in touch with the hotel (phone not going through), so we had noone to open the front gate. The area didnt appear safe luckily taxi driver waited for someone who was smoking outside to come let us in. When we arrived to the main reception door it was locked with lights off. We waited around the building for at least 15mins before walking around to look for people (i was also travelling with a 3year old). just as we were about to ring booking.com we found the bar area and the staff there took us to the reception where a guy was "chilling" in the dark on his phone facing the reception door where we were before. I was annoyed as i wondered if he had seen us banging on the door for 30mins.

We saw some negative reviews before, but were really positively surprised. In past reviews there were complaints about b

Everything was clean and ok - just what one expects from a hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good, with a lot of choice. The shuttle bus was also very convenient.

The large building and spacious hallways and breakfast room gave it a bit of a dormitory vibe. But that was not really a problem - just the common space wasnt as cosy as in some other hotels.

Overall stay is okay, but it does not deleiver the expectation.

1) Since I was staying on the 1st floor, I had access to a huge balcony and a pool view, which was the only good thing. 2) The staff and the cleaning staff were very warm and good. 3) Lunch and dinner are good (but not breakfast). 4) The hotel provides a shuttle service that is scheduled for every 30 minutes from the hotel to Palais Longchamp 5) The spa section (that contains a hot sauna, wet sauna and jacuzzi) is really impressive and worth trying

1) I stayed in the Duplex Quadruple Room with four single beds, and unfortunately, the room has insufficient space when 4 people are staying. 2) Also, there was only one cupboard that could not definitely accommodate four-person stuff. 3) I would also say that hotels provide minimum toiletry (only one soap bar for the wash basin and body wash in the bathroom) 4) I literally have the same breakfast from the whole stay with very limited options. 5) Swimming pools (from 10.00 to 18.00) and (from 09.00 to 20.00) are very illogical and inconvenient. Therefore, no one can swim or go to the gym in the morning or night, which is usually the case. 6) the hotel location is quite out of the city, and the neighbourhood is very risky, especially at night. So you always have to take Uber after the dark.
