Quiet, simple retreat surrounded by trees

I loved just sitting on the balcony watching the bird in the trees. Quiet and away from the towns, which is what I was looking for. I loved that there was a bath with views of the trees. Grab delivery is easy to order so I didnt have to go out for food. Rosea was a fantastic host and her breakfasts were beautiful as well as delicious. Thank you.

The best location ever, with the best hosts. Mr. Chiang also picked up us from the airport in the night for free. They offered us local breakfast as well. Talking about the villa, If you are a nature loving person, 100% i will recommend you this. The river is just passing by the villa, the greenery all over here. Our stay was Awesome. Everything was available at the villa.

Just one lizard but i guess that happens when you are around nature.

The stay was excellent and the owners were very, very kind and helpful.

Beautiful location that is perfect for nature lovers. With the glass walls of the lodge we could see hornbills, monkeys and sun birds straight from the lodge. The owner of the lodge truly likes nature and gave us lots of excellent information for perfect nature spots and went well beyond what can be expected by showing us around the island. Much appreciated and we loved our stay!

Most unique accommodation I had

The villa is located into a beautiful, luxuriant garden surrounded by amazing flowers and tropical plants. Near it there is a river and together with forest sounds it gives you the feeling that you are in the middle of pure nature. Place is very quiet and you can enjoy listening tropical birds singing. The villa has very big windows on all walls (including bathroom) which gives a unique feeling and completes the picture of being in the middle of a forest. I've travelled a lot and seen a lot of places but me and my partner we both agree that this is the most unique accommodation we had. For someone who loves nature and wildness, this accommodation is a must try, I wholeheartedly recommend them!

There is room for improvements when it comes to cleaning. We had issues with hot water one evening, however after we addressed it, issue was solved. There is insects entering inside the villa through the roof, but I belive this is something normal if you want to be in the middle of the nature. There is no public transport from the villa, so if you do not rent a car - taxi is the only option as it's quite far from central area.
