A Magical Escape ! 5 STAR +

We cannot describe in words how wonderful this visit was, we were delighted from the first second to the last. The place, decor and wonderful employees and owners. This visit was organized to celebrate my fiance's 40th birthday. Each employee contributed their work and kindness to make this celebration magical. We are very impressed by the hospitality and charm of this place. You don't feel like you're in a hotel but in a wonderful family house with friends. The wonderful decor and atmosphere added delight, and of course the amazing smell of burning essential oil will be remembered by all of us for a long time. We were a group of 5 couples and each of us was equally enchanted by this wonderful place. The distance to the center of Marrakech was not a problem, the villa organized wonderful drivers who were there for us at every whim, which made it much easier for us to travel. We could write here forever how much we liked it, it really was a wonderful stay and we wholeheartedly recommend a visit to this amazing place to everyone!!!! Thanks a million again for making tis trip so special and letting us to enjoy your Beautiful Villa - we will definitely be back , Best wishes, Marcin & Kamila

Great place but missing a few key elements for true luxury

The Villa is stylishly designed, with great indoor and outdoor areas for relaxation. All the staff were warm, friendly and very attentive. The pool and loungers are great for chilling out at for a few days after staying in the Medina. The food was good and the menu more varied than we expected.

We didnt like how guests are asked to hang their room key on a board (unmanned, right by the front door) of room numbers when not in the room during the day. Staff explained it was for the cleaners but it just seems like a great way to let a dishonest guest know youre out of your room and borrow the key for a while unseen Other guests were smoking cigars right outside the food area every evening. The smell was very unpleasant whilst trying to eat. Maybe a designated area for smoking further away would be better. The shower pressure was terrible and the water was boiling hot one minute then freezing the next. This happened consistently to both of us for our whole stay. The drain cover was also broken and loose. Not sure if our room was above the kitchen but every night between around 2-3am we were woken up by clanging and banging about. Some mosquito repellant type candles would be good at night in/outside the restaurant area, especially when all three walls are opened up.

Superb

Very pleasant stay with great staff

Very nice facilities including swimming pool and lounge. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed.

The property next door was playing loud music but it closed at 19.00 so wasnt too bad.
