Exceptional

Amazing villa with an exceptional staff team

The property is located in the heart of Corralejo, close to a lot of restaurants and main shopping strip. The owner and other staff were exceptionally helpful and super kind throughout the stay. You could message any member or the team asking any questions or queries you have and theyd reply within minutes. So if you have any issues, feel free to contact the team whenever. We did have an issue with the oven on day 1 however the issue was fixed extremely quickly within a couple hours. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Noelia who gave us a tour of the villa to make sure it was perfect for us which helped us familiarise ourselves with the place. She had also been down the local shop and picked us up a bottle of wine, some crisps and some fresh fruit which was a nice touch. The beds were extremely comfortable in which we managed to sleep for 8+ hours a night completely fine.

Nothing bad really, if we had any issues like the oven, it was fixed within an hour by the team once youve contacted someone.

A fabulous holiday that we thorougly enjoyed. Thank you.

Property was a great size. Villa was very well equipped on arrival and it was a nice touch to receive a welcome package from the host, as well as lots of helpful information. Plenty of Parking available on the street outside. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings and also very private. We would love to return.

Would have liked a folder in the property with details of how to use TV, washing machine etc. Also details of emergency numbers, doctors etc.

Superb

Fabulous villa, quiet location, exceptional host

The villa was extremely comfortable. It was very private and so peaceful. It was well very equipped, I particularly liked that we had 3 different types of coffee machines to choose from. My husband loved the bbq. The villa was very clean, tidy and homely. We were left plenty of clean towels & bedding, if you needed fresh ones the owner would provide these on request. The host was exceptional, he was so responsive. It was a nice little touch leaving us complimentary water, beer & crisps. I cannot praise the host (Dario) enough, he did everthing to ensure we had a fabulous stay, even letting us check out late. Thank you Dario, we can't wait to return.

Very good

very lovely holiday with the weather reaching 26 degrees most days - not bad for November.

welcome pack was appreciated. the area was peaceful, and we were happy with the half hour walk to the main part of town each night. there were a good selection of cafes, bars and shops much nearer, as well as a good sized supermarket which stocked all our needs.

the outside space was a bit smaller than anticipated, but sufficient for just two of us. there was no sink plug in one of the bathrooms, but luckily I had brought one with me, so not a problem. there were only 5 clothes pegs, which was a bit awkward, as I hadn't brought any due to travelling hand luggage only.

Relaxing retreat

Total privacy in the gardens of the villa. Quiet neighbourhood but only 5mins walk to bars, restaurants and a shopping centre. Lovely plunge pool for our infant to play in. Kind and communicative hosts who were very helpful to us.
