A good location, beautiful gardens but perhaps a little rundown.

The outside space was definitely the best thing about this property. its very pretty and the garden/plants are very well maintained. You are in fairly good proximity to the tram line which is fantastic. Nearby beach is beautiful too.

The property is very dated and could definitely do with a spruce up. Both bathrooms had black mould on the walls and ceilings and though they were most definitely clean, it looked pretty grubby. Im not sure this villa is very family friendly, especially with smaller children. The pool area is lovely but the shallowest part of the pool is 1.6 metres deep meaning that only one of our party was tall enough to stand up in it. The area surrounding the pool area also has a lot of kerbs and different levels which were a tripping hazard for the kids. The slabbing around the pool was also quite worn down meaning the mortar between sits quite a bit higher. There were a lot of stubbed toes and scraped soles of feet during our stay. There were also a few missing tiles around the pool which made it look not quite so nice. Beds were nice and comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay but perhaps would not stay again due to the reasons mentioned above.

The outside pool area was very spacious and nice. The beds were comfy and utilities all provided :)

The Wi-Fi didnt work at the time but this was a temporary matter and did not affect us. Also the pool is very deep so theres no real shallow end

Excellent villa with endless possibilities to enjoy Alicante

Helpful check-in and staff was easy to reach. Quiet location in somewhat rustic, countryside area with less than 10 minute walk to tram stop by the beach, where you can take tram number 3 to Alicante city center. Restaurant and bar area of Playa de San Juan can be reached in less than 30 minutes by tram. Big Carrefour supermarket nearby (easy to walk there and get taxi back) and some smaller ones along the beachfront within easy reach. Beachfront is 6 kilometers long. Swimming pool and charcoal BBQ make this villa a perfect destination for groups as you can enjoy the outdoor cooking close by the pool. Closest restaurant is probably at Camping Bon Sol, which is less than a 5 minute walk away. For taxi services I would recommend Pidetaxi app. Short route to the beach makes this a great destination for running and other physical activities. Villa has three separate A/C units so you can get comfortable sleep also in the warmer weather.

Kitchen equipment was lacking sharp knives and ice maker in the freezer was not functioning, so getting some ice from Carrefour is recommended. New set of knives and fixing the ice maker would be an excellent upgrade.
