    Excellent. Recommended.
    Excellent place. We were in the suite. Very nice and large room. Very well situated (Sea Point). Very quiet street close to restaurants and shops. Very nice staff and contact with Neil before arrival appreciated (how to arrive from airport, how to enter the building and room upon arrival if after working hours), as well as after arrival his kind recommendations of places to go/visit. Parking spaces available in front of the residence or in the street. If we go back to Cape Town this is a residence we want to return to! Thanks a lot Neil !

    A quiet, secure, jasmine-scented oasis
    Fantastic experience, right from the beginning, with effective and detailed communication from Neil prior to and during check-in. The garden room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable and the garden itself, just beautiful. The pool was clean and the pool area was well-maintained with enough space for all guests (plus the cat) to enjoy it, especially with the beautiful aroma of jasmine all around. Breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, with both hot and cold options. There were enough tables for all guests to eat inside or outside. Neil had heaps of suggestions for activities and dining. One standout was La Bohme, just round the corner. Fantastic cocktails and extensive tapas menu (get the bo buns). Security was top notch, we key fob entry to the property, individual room key and a key code safe in our wardrobe.

    These hoteliers have really thought of everything!! Before our stay we received a message stating they could upgrade our rooms and keep our party together . Very thoughtful!!! We were now both rooms together on the top floor. Upon arrival the early check in at 12 noon is sooooooo helpful to allow us to drop all our belongings off and shower facilities in our room. The rooms are lovely and comfy, ensuite bathrooms and balconies, really tastefully decorated. Coffee and tea facilities and a fridge. The showers and bathrooms are really clean and super powerful. The air conditioning also worked well in the rooms. There is lots of beautiful art work all over the walls and was done by none other than one of the hotel owners. The boys also talked us through a map pointing out some great food locations, which we went to and were very thankful for, amazing food venues right on the doorstep. The wifi was brilliant also Breakfast was also amazing, there was nothing you could want for. Full English, toast, many fruits, sauces and then pancakes !!! Probably the best breakfast we have had. We unfortunately didnt get to use the pool or use the facilities, which was a real shame. We felt safe as 4 women throughout. To top off an amazing stay the boys have gone one further and have made a great luggage store room, with plenty of space, a shower and toilet. We had our own key, which allowed us to go shopping and drop things off and then come back, freshen up and head to the airport. Thanks for an amazing stay, and thanks for thinking of everything t make our stay just perfect :)

    The place is beautiful, comfortable, it has great room. Neil and the staff very nice. He always went miles more to make it perfect.
