Superb

Excellent location, Great views of the dunes, and a roof terrace terrace to catch the sun throughout the day. Villa was very clean and spacious. Ruben was an superb host, Great communication and very helpful. Hope to stay again.

Amazing villa, host and location

location was stunning. Right next to the sand plains (must visit these!) and view of these from the terrace. View of the sea and Lanzarote from the other side. 10 min walk to supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops and market, 15 min walk to Highstreet town, 15 min walk to the beach. Rueben (host) was great. text contact throughout, met us at the property to show us around and gave a text with advice on.

Sadly the pool looks stunning but is not heated. It was very very cold and not useable (travelled in February)

Superb

Host was very helpful. Was great to have a pool and all the space to ourselves. Sun terrace was a nice place to relax and read. Close to a shopping centre and supermarket. Easy walking to beach, 20 minutes walk to lively areas. If you dont feel like waking you can get a taxi for 4 euro.

Any issue we had we spoke with the host. The downstairs shower is a tight squeeze, it would be nice if it was bigger, or maybe if my ass was smaller,, but works well.

Beautiful villa in great location with helpful owner!

Reuben was a very friendly and helpful host. He provided our airport transfers for a fair price as agreed (cheaper than airport taxis) and was flexible on the arrangements we needed - our (evening) flight there was delayed and he was happy to wait for us at short notice, and our return flight being well after check-out time, he let us leave our luggage in the villa until later and offered to let us keep the key a little longer. He even offered to pick us up elsewhere when we told him our plans for after check-out. The villa is spacious - it was just the two of us but would be plenty big enough for more people, we've already recommended it to friends and family. The pool is quite small, but comparable to other similar villas and plenty big enough to cool down in and splash about a little. There is plenty of shade on the patio and full sun (and lovely views) from the roof terrace. The villa is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from a small shopping centre with restaurants (El Campanario) or from the restaurants at the roundabout by HiperDino Express Grandes Playas, and about 20 minutes' walk from the near end of the large beach (Playa del Pozo). The waterpark and top end of town are about 15 minutes' walk, but adults can hire electric scooters (25 cents/minute) from regular points around the town which make travel much quicker and funner!

There isn't much to improve on! We didn't have all the information about how to check-in / check-out upfront but Reuben is very responsive when asked (we used WhatsApp to keep in touch). Air-conditioning might help in the hotter months but on the whole we were ok (temperatures in the high 20s during the day).
