Stunning villa and great views.

Absolutely beatiful villa with nice outdoor space. Nice decor and everything we needed for a great vacation. Flexible checkin which was great bc we arrived much later than anticipated.

Construction on site next to villa was disturbing our outdoor peace but this is temporary.

The walk up and down the hill to get to anything on the narrow road wasnt ideal but also not that bad

The location was excellent. The villa was beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed. The proximity to the ferry was ideal. The availability of local goods was perfect.

The overall experience was great. The mattresses were not comfortable compared to other properties of the same quality. A 3 inch foam mattress pad on all the beds would really go a long way toward making the level of comfort match the rest of the villa

A magnificent villa with a lovely view and still a short walk to the lake with cafes and restaurants

Fabulous view, wonderful space short walk from the the lake, but very private setting. They cared about details, bottled water, mosquito repellent etc. it felt like home. The host was always available for inquiries. Everything was perfect.

Plenty of space to relax and luxuriate with world class views out of nearly every window or from every terrace and balco

The setting is exceptional with a beautiful view of Lake Como. Everything about this property is first class. It was even better than advertised.

Wonderful stay in the beautiful location. Certainly I will be looking to come back and stay again!

Villa is very well maintained and equipment by the owner. Fully renovated beautiful bathrooms, charming bedrooms and beautiful terrace and the garden. We stayed there as 2 families and our kids absolutely loved playing in the garden. The town Griante is well connected to other towns of the Lake, there is ferry every 30 mins to Bellagio and then from there you can get to Varenna and Menaggio. Also you can catch the bus which takes you around along west side of the lake. All pre-arrival communication was exceptional, Simona supported us on all the queries we had and helped to organise the transfers and answered all the question. Owner Maria met us at the property when we arrived to give us keys and shared all the information about the area.

Given the chance I could live there permanently. So good!

The house was truely amazing with beautiful views, close to ferry services, and lake area. Great for a family stay as it had huge rooms, good living and eating areas. Also had outdoor areas to sit and have coffees in the morning or wine and dinner at night. If you want somewhere quiet to stay on the lake, but close to the tourist villages, this is the place. Highly recommended.

For such a big house, unfortunately the electricity kept cutting out! Was fixed pretty quickly each time but a little inconvenient! Beautiful gardens spoilt by lawns not being mowed. Looked rather untidy!
