perfect for a couple

lovely and private and a nice walk into town and close to supermarket

nothing really, could do with some small tables by the sun beds for drinks and snacks and hot tub should be up to body temperature on arrival it took 3 days to be able to use. very slippery around pool area

Exceptional

We have just returned from a family holiday to villa 34! The villa was superb, luxurious clean and comfortable. The bedrooms had lovely comfortable beds and were well decorated. Each room had its own on suite! The pool and hot tub made the holiday amazing! The kids loved playing in it all day. The roof top was a great place to have a family bbq and had a lovely view. We had night time drinks and tapas on the roof. The villa is located in a quiet location and within walking distance to the supermarket. We had access to the restaurant if we needed it. The hosts were great we had regular contact before we arrived. All our queries were answered. Thank you for an amazing stay we cant wait to come back.

Excellent villa - check for construction works

Villa34 was exceptionally clean, and the furniture and facilities very good. Air conditioning worked very well, pool was lovely and cleaned twice during our stay. We requested it to be heated which it was, and the hot tub was well maintained, although we probably used it less than the pool as the weather was so hot. Bedding and areas were cleaned during our stay, and you could change towels at any point. The host was very attentive and available, easy checking in with a key box. We have stayed at Bahiazul before and love the complex and area.

Unfortunately our stay was marred somewhat due to construction taking place on the villa next door. For the weekdays we were there there was extremely loud drilling/cutting/banging from around 8:45am until 6pm, so loud that we had to shout to each other and couldnt hear our radio/music. This was such a shame and really causing a bad reflection on the host, even though their villa is beautiful, Bahiazul really should not authorise that type on work during peak months, as people are paying a lot of money to stay there which is then spoilt.

Disappointing

Book on the Bahia Azul complex with great caution & maybe get some guarantees that building work will not be schedul

Gorgeous villa with all mod cons which in essence was exactly what we booked for our May holiday, until we received a text on the second day from Dario, the agent representative who advised us that the complex management had approved building work to commence on the property next door the following morning! We do not believe that the agent did not know about this previously and we are extremely disappointed that our holiday was ruined. Whilst we we accepted a refund for the days the builders were there in retrospect we should be fully refunded as we should have been notified prior to the commencement of our holiday and we could have considered our options.

We were deeply disappointed with the building work (on 4 of the surrounding villas!) that started on day 2 of our 10 day stay! We were advised that it would be to be from 9 til 5 and would not be noisy- What building work is not noisy? in reality we were rudely awakened every morning at approx 8.15 by a pneumatic stone breaker that was literally smashing up the walls of the adjoin villa - it felt & sounded like it was in the room with us! it continued until way past 5.30 which meant we could not use all the outdoor facilities in this time because absolutely no privacy (not to mention excruciating noise & dust/debris & lumps of cement flying around!). We went to the beach most days and came back around 5 but the builders were still there making there noise and mess!
